It only takes two main stages, as follows;
The patient will be prepared; first the hair will be trimmed, then the skin will be sterilized, and for some patients with sensitive skin type, a numbing gel is applied.
The patient’s body is exposed to a ratherly cold air, for skin protection, then, by using the laser; pulses of light are directed at the hair follicles in the treatment area, and the pigment or the color in the follicles absorbs the light destroying the hair.
Right after the laser, the skin will be irritated, an ice-cold compresses will be placed for a few minutes to cool it down for a little.
